Bought an Xbox one with 2 controllers. The Xbox and one of the controllers do not work. I was told the console was recently reset and functioned properly, which it does not. The controller had 2 very old batteries that leaked battery acid and destroyed controller. Called in store and they said they could "take a look at it" but nothing further. Was not offered a replacement for the controller. Stay away from here and buy something off of Facebook Marketplace instead.
Chris Rudy and Tyler are fantastic! I sold some stuff, and bought a bass guitar here about a month ago give or take, and they are very fair and flexible. I got exactly as much as I was expecting for my items and the guitar was a fair price as well. I felt very welcomed when I came in; they are extremely friendly and hospitable :) I dont really frequent pawn shops, but i would happily go back!
