I will never go there again! I was paying my bill monthly, never missing, never late! They still sent me to a collection agency with $180 from a $1500 bill after 8 months. Then TCO wouldn't give me info on the $180-$1500 portion of the bill due to them handing it off, and the agency took my 1st payment of $35.66 listed it as paid in full, then retracted that and posted it as a $5.66 payment? Math majors they are not!! Now its in dispute and all the while doing wonders on my credit score!!!!
They are very rude and condescending on the phone when you try to make an appointment. I spoke with two ladies and both were very rude.
I saw Nathan for a foot problem and he seemed insensitive to the extreme pain his was causing by being overly aggressive pressure to my arch. I was in tears when I left and hurt for the next two days due to inflammation of that area. He spent the first 10 minutes proselytizing Christianity until I told him I was uncomfortable. It was a traumatic experience.
Very pleased with the care and scheduling of this appointment.
My husband worked with Rachel. She was amazing!! She identified a problem that the other therapist didn’t recognize and referred us for follow up.
