I was really disappointed with my experience. Communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times before getting a response. The service did not meet my expectations, especially considering the time and money involved. I wouldn’t recommend this to others unless improvements are made.
There is a lot of room for improvement here. The process was unorganized, and instructions were not followed correctly. Customer support was slow and not very helpful when problems came up. I expected a smoother and more professional experience.

He's excellent with response and turnaround times. He has a personable, non judgemental approach and has a wealth of knowledge. I know that he has my back and has my best interest as a client.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I was asked to leave a review before any services were actually provided, which I did. I now intend to contact Google to have that review removed. I waited nearly a year for my refunds and have extensive message records requesting updates. I was repeatedly assured everything was fine, with delays blamed on COVID.
