Highly recommend Richard for Individual Tax Preparation! Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and was very quick to answer any questions I had!
I had an extremely disappointing experience. I was asked to leave a review before any services were actually provided, which I did. I now intend to contact Google to have that review removed. I waited nearly a year for my refunds and have extensive message records requesting updates. I was repeatedly assured everything was fine, with delays blamed on COVID. I was charged an overpriced fee for tax return services, but no actual work was completed. Despite taking full payment, my tax returns were never filed, and I have not received a refund. Communication was misleading and unproductive throughout the process. I would never recommend this service to anyone. If a zero-star rating were possible, that is what I would give.
My experience with Richard was very disappointing. The process was slow and frustrating, and communication was unclear. The tax issue from several years ago was not handled properly, and instead of resolving it efficiently, it caused more confusion and stress. Explanations were vague and did not fully address the problem, leaving me uncertain rather than reassured. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and would not choose to use Richard again for my tax needs. Never Recommended.
Very professional and respond quickly to all my question. He also worked very closely with me to make sure my tax needs were met. I appreciate the help he gave while my situation was at a critical point. I would definitely will use again and recommend Twin cities services.
