One of the physical therapists at Twin Boro, Matt, came highly recommended by my neighbor who is a marathon runner and has had a lot of experience with local physical therapists. Accordingly, I went to Matt this summer for a shoulder issue. He was excellent and when I finished the program ten weeks later I could once again do bench presses without pain. Very happy with the care I am getting at Twin Boro. Only a couple of sessions but feel much better. Matt is very thorough and listens to my concerns and then addresses areas that need therapy.

I had a shoulder rotator cuff injury from working out and it had bothered me for almost 10 months. I had tried to rest and rehab it myself but without any success I saw my sports medicine doctor who referred me to Twin Boro. I was evaluated by Matthew Wells and he established a rehab program and after 2 months I was back to normal.
