I have messaged this company multiple times regarding a refund from December 2018, and no one has responded or told me an update on the process. They told me when i requested a refund ( for a product i did not use ) that they would update me in 7-14 days. Horrible service.
Talked over the phone with staff. They are friendly.
POOOR!! Do not go on red bus tour. We were captive for 1 hour, no heat, no tour director. Returned to office where we purchased and could not get money back. Filled out corporate compliant form that was forwarded to corporate office. No response except a tracking # to use for future complaints!!!!! Five other parties were there complaining about their individual lousy experience.
