I had to make a late payment because of an emergency and I've been with this company for 4 years and never asked this before and they refused and so I talked to a manager and what a rude person this woman was! She told me to sell some stuff to make the payment! Our loan was sold to 21 mortgage a few months ago, so I called to do a follow up on how the property tax and homeowners insurance were to handled. Being new to property tax process I looked to the mortgage company for answers. Alec, the very helpful and polite young man who answered my call, put my mind and spirit at ease. Alec walked me through the payment process of escrow in a way that was understandable. Alec was patience with my every question. Thank you Alec.
