I love attending the weekly Pilate sessions with Katie! It is something that really helps me unwind and relax during a busy week. It is also lovely to meet new people and attend a class which is light hearted and fun, as well as challenging! Each week is different and you are constantly doing something new.
I’ve been seeing and recommending Katie for years as she’s very professional but so friendly and her new premises are wonderful with parking outside the door. Katie’s always updating her skills and I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged.
Katie treated my broken and beaten body (from years of rugby) before a swimming challenge that I was taking part in. She not only offered me flexible appointment time, but her treatment was absolutely first class. Her sports massage therapy not only reduced the discomfort that I was in from the tight muscles in my neck and back, but my flexibility was also greatly improved, which is essential for swimming. The clinic is clean and professionally kitted out. I highly recommend.
Katie is a great sports massage therapist. I’ve been for a few sessions now and I always leave with better movement and less knots! Katie is very professional and has a friendly approach that puts you at ease straight away. Her new clinic is lovely too. Highly recommend.
