The worst business to buy from over time I purchased 5 hats at this vendor at the Houston Rodeo, one of the hats inside band stated peeking, I went to the owner to see what he could do about it , he was extremely rude and defensive about it , proceeded to talk ugly and down to me! I proceeded to ask him why he was defensive , not how customer service is he proceeded too insist he was not customer service he was the owner! Wow !!
