We have dealt with Tweedies before over the years and can't praise them enough. The furniture is excellent quality but what makes us go back to them is the customer service. The staff in store are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they have even been to our house to check the furniture we wanted would get through our awkward doorway, you just can't beat that these days when many shops don't care as long as they make a sale.
From start to finish with the Tweedies team, can’t thank them enough for all their patience, help and assistance in choosing my suite. I absolutely love it, they couldn’t have done anymore. Great service from start to finish, lovely people on sales. We bought a bedroom set for my son's room and a couple of weeks later ordered a new bed. All delivered and installed together in his room really well. Respectful delivery guys, took all the packaging away too. Highly recommended!

Lived in Cheadle Heath all my life and never been in - finally went into this week after desperately needing a new mattress. The sales floor is lovely and clean and everything is well displayed. The lady asked if we wanted help and I said we needed a mattress. Took us directly to them, and got us what we needed without being pushy! I explained we needed delivery ASAP and they got us fixed really quickly. Local delivery is free as well which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery day came and the drivers were lovely.
