Very disappointed in the quality of service. Things started well with the person who did the quote. Once the installation started things really deteriorated and haven't improved. On the initial scheduled date, the installer found out that he didn't have all the parts required to fit all the screens and said they'd get back to us, I had to follow up a week later to find out what was going on. Couldn't fault the process from go to woe, Jordan turned up on time, quote through that afternoon, work was scheduled, the installers turned up on time, did the instal, cleaned up and took the rubbish away, great job and am very happy with the result. Louise - Tweed Heads
