This company is an absolute joke. They make seniors wait hours for pick ups. They tell you one time and then the time changes. My patient is private pay, and he pays so much money to this horrible company. We always wait about 2 hours for a pick up and the appointments are in the same time. I would use an Uber with a wheelchair than to ever recommend this company BY FAR THE WORST AMBULETTE COMPANY!!!
