We had such an amazing experience with the photography team assigned for our wedding. Amanda and Morgan were incredible behind the scenes. They were very responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Probably not worth the money. Our photographer left the wedding early and failed to get some of the shots that my wife wanted. Unprofessional at every turn.
After taking time to actually watch our wedding video and look at our photos, i realize that i feel i was WAY over charged.. the photos are okay. The videography? TERRIBLE. I really wish i watched my wedding tape sooner. But i didn’t. I sent multiple emails saying how disappointed i was in the wedding video and never heard back. Hopefully this review gets someone’s attention. I’d rather get all of the raw footage and have someone else edit the video. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was our incredible TWA team. Specifically our our photographer Jerry brought such wonderful energy, keeping us laughing and relaxed throughout the entire celebration. Their professionalism shone through as they seamlessly managed every detail, and it was so comforting knowing they were expertly guiding the flow to ensure everything ran smoothly.
