I have to agree 100% with the previous review. Please look up this company on the BBB website. Most of the complaints are about their shady contracts. Please beware that they sneak in a 12 month auto renew policy and they do not tell you about it when you call to cancel your service. This happened to me. I called their customer service office twice and was told all I had to do was submit my request in writing and would take 30 days after I receive confirmation. Very poor. Customer Service is extremely weak. Long contracts that have no flexibility of getting out of without paying full price for remainder of contract. We have outgrown our service and they offer no flexibility of getting out of the contract. Buyer beware, consider another company
