Buyer Beware: I'm being blacklisted due to my credit card company not allowing a split purchase in the middle of the night because I don't make $948 purchases that late. My debit card approved the split charge, but because the charge was fully approved I was under the assumption that the item was no longer available. I checked my bank to see that they charged $948 for an incomplete first time purchase. I called them, explained the situation, asked for them to refund the $948 that was approved and they wanted to charge me 5% for a cancelation fee which wasn't my fault. Also, what wasn't ever mentioned to me was they hold the items for you. They agreed to refund the $948 but it would take 2 weeks, which I didn't have a problem. Two weeks came and I had to call and ask for that money returned for no purchase which they proceeded to refund to the credit card that declined the the purchase due to a credit fraud alert. So recently I called them to ask about a ring and the same rude representative proceeded to tell me that I'm on a Credit Block. When I asked her why, she proceeded to tell me she had no idea and that I would need to contact customer service the next day. I called customer service, which went directly to their voice-mail where I left a message asking for a call back and explain why I'm on a Credit Card block and that all future purchases would need to be purchased via a Money Order. Who the hell makes purchases for jewelry via a Money Order, which might I add is insulting. Needless to say it'd been 3 days and I have yet to receive a call back. I did a lot of business with Lauren Blair when she worked with Direct Shopping Network, which is why I wanted to do business with TYON, but after their rude incompetent customer service I wanted people to be aware of just how rude their employees are. Utter incompetence!
