Well, our experience with TV Lift Cabinet was exceptional and they went above and beyond when we purchased our cabinet 7 years ago and again (now) when we needed a replacement control box. Both times I made mistakes and needed help, which was given to me without any issues. Like DN below, I ordered a cabinet that was too large for the area and had to return it. While the actual product is wonderful and the order process easy - everything else after that is exceptionally BAD. One would expect a $5,000 fireplace/tv lift purchase with "white glove service" to be exactly that - it turns out NOT! The support from TV lift (Emily) and the actual moving company was deplorable and full of deception. No one would pick up the phone they hid behind email and text. Absolute one of the best customer care firms I have ever dealt with. My original purchase and installation went seamless but 5 years later the TV would not lift. My first phone call for help was answered by a person and the problem was diagnosed. I purchased a replacement control kit for under $200 and with instructions they sent the installation was seamless and everything works great again.

Purchased a TV lift cabinet from this company in 2007 for a 50 inch television at the foot of the bed in our master bedroom. It came with a five-year warranty. The person that I spoke with said that it would probably last a lot longer than that, maybe 10 years. It lasted 17 years of daily use. It stuck in the up position. Our church ordered a TVLIFT a couple of years ago. We had very prompt service, but while installing the lift we had problems with the lift not working properly. We called the company and after a couple of conversations, the owner said they would send replacement parts. To our surprise, we got a whole new lift at no charge. The lift has been working great for over 2 years. Now that’s good service!
