Yesterday I brought my 87-year-old mom to this branch to do some banking. My dad took care of these responsibilities until his recent decline in health, so she has taken over some of these duties for the first time in decades. Jacob walked my mother through ATM banking with great care and patience, without ever slipping into condescension.
