I walked into your branch at Redbank one day not long ago and was greeted by Jasmine. I asked her a question regarding possible fraudulent activity on my share account. Jasmine immediately had the issue in question resolved and suggested that I switch some of my funds to a money market account to draw more interest but most importantly to keep my funds safe by transferring a majority of them to a money market account. I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick M today at the Red Bank location located inside Food City. I had an enormous jar of coins and bills that was so overwhelming!! He was so kind and helpful in showing me how to work the machine and telling me what it will and won’t accept. After I finished the change he helped count out the money the counter wouldn’t accept. Jasmine… what a blessing! I travel all the way from Chattanooga to Red Bank for this location due to the customer service! Impeccable! Even if she is with someone she still acknowledges you that she sees you to whereas others DO NOT! I have come several times and stood there while someone is with someone else to not even be acknowledged that they see me or intend to come let me know that they will be right there with me.
