I walked into your branch at Redbank one day not long ago and was greeted by Jasmine. I asked her a question regarding possible fraudulent activity on my share account. Jasmine immediately had the issue in question resolved and suggested that I switch some of my funds to a money market account to draw more interest but most importantly to keep my funds safe by transferring a majority of them to a money market account. I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick M today at the Red Bank location located inside Food City. I had an enormous jar of coins and bills that was so overwhelming!! He was so kind and helpful in showing me how to work the machine and telling me what it will and won’t accept. After I finished the change he helped count out the money the counter wouldn’t accept.
