Staff isn’t properly trained and I had to call the other location to properly assist me because the staff here was uneducated on procedure and completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location or better yet bank with Chase instead.

If your not using the ATM, be prepared for an attitude full of short snippinest. They lock your account every time you turn around. My other bank at least calls
