I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick M today at the Red Bank location located inside Food City. I had an enormous jar of coins and bills that was so overwhelming!! He was so kind and helpful in showing me how to work the machine and telling me what it will and won’t accept. After I finished the change he helped count out the money the counter wouldn’t accept. Jasmine… what a blessing! I travel all the way from Chattanooga to Red Bank for this location due to the customer service! Impeccable! Even if she is with someone she still acknowledges you that she sees you to whereas others DO NOT! I have come several times and stood there while someone is with someone else to not even be acknowledged that they see me or intend to come let me know that they will be right there with me. Ask for JASMINE! She’s amazing & works at the branch on Dayton Blvd. I had a few questions about documents that I needed notarized and she was incredibly helpful. While waiting she also printed off a new debit card for me since mines was lost, updated my license on file, and carried on a friendly conversation with me the whole time. I love TVFCU and have been a member for years, mainly due to their wonderful customer service that I can always count on. Thanks Jasmine!
