Not only is this not a very friendly company to work with in general? But they also love to insist on using your social security number to identify you every time you call into the office for basically anything no matter how many times you tell them you're not allowed to do that and I don't care that old people can't remember their account number. You're still not allowed to do that and the staff has verified to me that they can see my social security number when they pull up my account regardless of whether or not I gave it... read more
