TVFCU is an awful company. My parents had a car loan, one year ago we called several times to get auto payments set up. After five calls and a video call with my dad (account own) they said they set us up.. but didn't. Come to find out my elderly parents were going in every month to pay. We went in today and they told us that when we called (a year ago) they told us to bring in our Power of Attorney. Now I ask you, why would a bank who made us do a video call with the account holder require a POA for someone trying to set up... read more
