If it were possible to Give ZERO stars.TVFCU would fall under this category. In the past. What set credit unions apart was their ability to discern the human element from an AI perspective. Today, Underwriters no longer have the ability to say, I know this Man/Women will repay us. As Underwriters Today are nothing more than mindless automatons.
I absolutely love the ladies at this branch and also Paige from the Ft O branch! I don’t care what kind of day I’m having, they always make me smile BEFORE I ever even enter the building. They’re really the highlight of my day most days. I’m always in and out and never have any issues.
