I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this bank. Customer service is consistently poor—long wait times, unhelpful responses, and a general lack of accountability when issues arise. It often feels like no one is empowered to actually solve problems. On top of that, the bank is simply not convenient to work with. I have been with this branch for 35 years and have loved banking here mostly because of the excellent employees, they recently renovated and put in automated teller machines like other branches 😔 not a fan at all, they can provide very limited service and if you need something they can't help with (like getting 10's) you better be prepared to wait! I miss people helping me vs machines. 👎👎 TVFCU

I DONT like your new setup. If you need to do something or want specific bill denomination your wait time is increased now with only 1 teller window.
Giving 2 stars because the business account side of tvfcu is great. Poor customer service over the past year or so for the consumer side.
