Do NOT use TVA Credit Union! My debit card has had 6 holds for fraud held over the past year and 3 of these have been in the last few months. I’ve been stranded with no way to pay for gas and my husband had to bring me money bc of a hold on my account for a purchase I made! One purchase was the 3rd payment to an American company that has been in business for 40+ years! Charged me an overdraft fee on obvious fraud, refused to remove the fee. I changed to Listerhill and have had no problems since. I am writing this review to share my experience and also call them out for HARASSING on Facebook next of kin about deceased loans when they should be contacting our attorney.

I am writing this review to share my experience and also call them out for HARASSING on Facebook next of kin about deceased loans when they should be contacting our attorney.
Tammie literally saved the day today. She went above and beyond to hop on a three way call with me to resolve an issue with another financial group. She also went above and beyond AGAIN to make sure things were overnighted, accounts were resolved. You don’t get that at a big bank. She deserves every good thing that comes her way.
