The team did an excellent job installing speakers, televisions and receivers in our home. They arrived on time and communicated with us throughout the install process to make sure we understood how everything worked. They were very professional and knowledgeable. After discovering a mistake in the wiring done by the builder, they worked with our schedule and came back a week later to finish the upstairs installation once the builder corrected the issue. This is my second experience with TV Installation Houston. I called them almost 2 years ago to setup every TV, theater system and even new electrical work needed for my home. It's worked so well and perfectly I called them back today to schedule the replacement of an outdoor TV and literally in less than 1-2 hours they were done. The quality of work of these folks is impeccable. In Houston, they are the only game in town I ever call.
After researching several other highly-rated services, I am extremely glad I chose TVIH. Jay and John wall-mounted our 55-inch TV and the sound bar. We are super happy with the service from first inquiry phone call, to scheduling and advice, all the way through the install and clean-up. TVIH has super customer service, high quality craftsmanship, professional communication and documentation, very organized and clean.
100% recommend using this service for all of your home audio/visual needs. From the initial outreach to final installation Jay and his team are top notch in customer service, quality, and understanding what the customer needs. I had AV, cable management, record player setup, and TV mounting requirements and the team did everything I asked and more. Will definitely be using them again!
