BEWARE!!! Never buy from this store in Earlville Shopping Centre, Cairns. I will be warning everyone about this store. They are unscrupulous. Won't refund anything, won't exchange nor credit after about 14 days. They have no shame. Never buy the Copper Hose either because if something happens to it you will never get a refund nor an exchange. The Copper Hose is poor quality item. I'm amazed to read some of the negative reviews! I've shopped there, found staff to be friendly and helpful. Received a call when the item i wanted arrived. Great service! P.S, new management have taken over since the negative comments were entered.
