Very bed experience! I order a bed on their website on the 22th! I haven’t received any notification and I had to call 6 days later to discover that the bed wasn’t in stock. They have processed the refund, however that’s not the point as I ordered a mattress scheduled to arrive together with the bed frame and now I am only left with the mattress.
Poor quality bed frames made out of MDF and the leather type material will wear away over time. Had a local handyman come out in the end as the company no longer had any parts. The guy basically said it's like pieces of cardboard this MDF frame and these type of beds dont last long. No wonder the warranty is only for 2 years.
Great communication and unbeatable price. The quality is also excellent. Really happy with our new bed. Thank you!
