Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding had been in the works for a year and a half, and he was always ready to help out in any way he could. Coming from out of state, there truly was no other shop I wanted to go to for our suits. Other stores and giant chains could not provide the excellent customer service and quality we were looking for. I had an outstanding experience with Tuxton Formal Wear in Morristown, thanks to Scott's professionalism and expertise. He made sure my tuxedo fit perfectly and looked fantastic for my wedding. Scott even allowed my groomsmen to be measured elsewhere, which was incredibly convenient since not everyone could make it to Morristown. We had a last-minute issue with my dad's vest, which he was measured for at Men's Wearhouse, and Scott immediately arranged for a replacement to be delivered to his store. Scott took great care to ensure I had everything necessary for a wedding on extremely short notice. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome, especially given the circumstances as he took my plight as a random walk-in on a Saturday morning and he set me off within 30 minutes with the tuxedo I desperately needed. I certainly recommend going to see Scott at Tuxton whenever you need a tuxedo! To be safe, give him a week notice and you're sure to be as thrilled as I was.
