Great alterations and they are both very friendly and helpful.
Agnes did an amazing job on my dress it now fits me PERFECTLY. Her husband was so helpful with the process and everything was smooth and completed when she promised.
The man answering the phone lacks any type professionalism. If you’re going to be answering the phone, learn some customer service and don’t deter customers even before they enter your establishment.
To be honest I was nervous going here after reading a couple of bad reviews. Well we did, my husband needed a jacket and slacks. We were greeted by the gray haired man who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about all the suits and measurements. The woman who did the alterations was also very nice. It is a small shop but it has everything you will need. We spent 2 hours in Daytona on Sunday and had no luck. We walked out of the shop buying a jacket, shirt and 2 pairs of slacks.
