My fiancé and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Tuxedo World, and I can't recommend it enough! We arrived later than expected around 4:30, but Lucy went above and beyond to accommodate us and keep the store open. My fiancé had a general idea of what he wanted, but he tried on a variety of styles to see what felt right. My initial experience walking in was so bad, I didn’t even book them. Some context: I went to these guys many years ago for my Sweet 16, so my Mother recommended we just stop by and take a look at what they had to offer. I came in mainly just to look at some color swatches for the groomsmen for my upcoming wedding (My Fiancé knew I was just looking around on my own first before we started seeing places together). Messed up multiple things for my friends wedding. Gave multiple groomsmen a black bowtie instead of the specified regular green ones, messed up the matching pocket squares, peoples shirts and jackets had stains. Pure laziness and bad attention to detail
My son was very last minute with his prom tux, the team here was so helpful and I truly appreciate it! He turned out looking amazing and the return was effortless. Love them!
