They care more about the sale then about actually getting you into the tux you want. My son got bullied into a rental that he was not satisfied with and I couldn't fix it because it was 15 days from the event and that's their cancellation window so by the time I realized what they had done it's too late and I'm out $230. They kept telling him that their east and west coast locations carried what he wanted but not AZ...
I needed a Tuxedo Jacket with Tails. They had one for a great wholesale price and were very accommodating. Super random place, but if you know what you want I would highly recommend for pure Tuxedo purchases.
