Very IGNORANT and rude woman who works up there. I was warned about the owners behavior before by other residents of Elsberry and still figured I’d give her a chance but she can’t even hold an adult conversation on the phone because as soon as I asked her about something that she said she can’t do she rudely cut me off and hung up.
