Bad customer service and bad communications. We ordered the wrong color tuxedo vest and they refused to do anything about it. After 2 hours of arguing, they did nothing. We shopped elsewhere and found a $20 cheaper tuxedo vest in the right color, so we cancelled our order here. They cancelled it but never gave us our money back. When we cancelled it, they never told us we wouldn't get our money back. Wouldn't recommend coming here.
Changed our mind on getting tuxes for our wedding through them. Was told the down payment we put down to lock in the promotion price would be refunded if we chose to cancel. Called 2 weeks after the money was taken and have since talked to Beth multiple times with still no refund. This place is a joke. Say they will call you back and never do. Poor rented a tux for son's prom first pair of pants had rip thought everything was good my son almost missed his prom before he even got their put his hand in pocket and pants ripped about 6 inches down seam has to quick stitch them was late and today when I returned tux told them and they said sorry but he was wearing them he tested them before he got them because of first pair must have been to tight.
