This place is horrible! Takes forever to order! Forget about a refund as I have been waiting over a month for a refund check that was supposed to get to me in 7-10 days. Staff has no idea what they are doing. It took over 45 min to rent a tux!! That was just them entering Info Into computer. Total time there 2hrs
Excellent support for a wedding.
I chose this location because of the staff's professionalism. Braden, BJ, and Meridith are phenomenal. They are all extremely professional and took care of myself and my wedding party.
Stay away! we ordered 41 days before the wedding, and the day before the wedding only 1/3 of the tuxedos was there, ahh we heard that they have to order from several suppliers and they came in wrong sizes,no shoes,holes in pants, vest was dirty, the driver coming from Gainesville and he is running late. Only 24 hours before the wedding and still no Tux.
Immediate fittings, everything's in-stock, NOT shipped-in from some centralized warehouse repository six states away, you can walk out with your Tux -- at the best price in the Tampa Bay area.
