Called to inquire about pricing for an upcoming wedding. First of all, it was just “hello” as they answered. After I said, “I’m calling tuxedo Junction? (He said yes) I went on to explain that I was calling about ANY information. He interrupted & said that he “doesn’t do anything over the phone because he’s busy” and he said a lot more that I couldn’t even understand and then said “OK bye” & hung up without allowing me to say anything else. I’d love to take my business elsewhere for sure!

I called the store just now to ask about either renting or purchasing a suit for my son who has 8th grade banquet coming up. The gentleman gave me a price for a rental and than I asked him what about purchasing price and he tells me “240 I tell you, what’s wrong with you!” Can’t believe this person. This has never happened to me I’m in shock lol. I don’t know if he’s the owner but he must Not know that we the customers are who keep him in business. I needed a suit rental in less than hour and a half before the event and got me measured and walked out with a suit in less than 20 mins. Great service and amazing owners!
