Came in on a Thursday with one week’s notice until the event. They were extremely friendly + professional and assured me it would be ready Tuesday morning for pick up. It was, and everything fit perfectly. Price was the same as it would be anywhere else, if not cheaper. I had gotten sauce stains on the shirt and used some club soda to remove most of it. I had a fantastic experience renting a tux from Tuxedo Junctions. The fitting was spot on, and the tux looked amazing. The customer service was top-notch – special thanks to Emma, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was super helpful, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Only bought the suit here because of the colour. The customer service was sub par at best and required us calling multiple times for updates on when it would be ready. We even were told it was ready and showed up, to it not being at the store ready for us! So we had to head home 2 hours empty handed.
