Only bought the suit here because of the colour. The customer service was sub par at best and required us calling multiple times for updates on when it would be ready. We even were told it was ready and showed up, to it not being at the store ready for us! So we had to head home 2 hours empty handed. We were also told during alterations a bow tie could be made with the off cuts and then picked up the suit with no bow, and was told there wasn’t enough material… a call in advance would have been nice because maybe we could hav... read more

Absolutely amazing experience! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. The customer service was beyond excellent — so friendly, helpful, and attentive. The selection of costumes is impressive, with something for every occasion and style. Everything was clean, well-organized, and easy to try on. I left with exactly what I needed and a big smile on my face. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality costume rentals and top-notch service!
