Don’t go here if you want to deal with bad customer service!!! I had rented a tux for my boyfriend for a function. When we returned it, I made sure every single piece was in there and that there was no damage. When it was returned the worker opened the bag and told me everything was good to go. A month later and I get over a $100 charge. I called them and asked what it was for and they said I never returned the pants. I tried to tell them that double checked and that even one of the workers confirmed everything was in there.... read more
