My experience was very poor. I texted the website service and was told they could accommodate my needs. I got into the store at 5:45p (they close at 6p, hours are 12-6p which I don't really understand how they expect the working class to make these hours??) and the clerk looked at his watch when I said I was there for a tux fitting. The fitting went well, the guy was pretty nice, and I felt taken care of. I told him I could pick it up on Thursday and he said, "Well, it'll be ready tomorrow. Dee has been amazing getting us a beautiful Tuxedo for our wedding. He has great advice and is never pushy about adding on more items. I really felt like he gave us the best deal he could, and he made sure my fiancé felt comfortable for our wedding day. We will be coming again for any rentals or new suits in the future!
Customer service is impeccable. We had a dress change which required us to need a tie ans vest color change to match. They were happy to help and showed us so many options til we found what we were happy with. Will definitely be coming back for future suit rentals!
