Staff is super helpful and friendly
My experience was very poor. I texted the website service and was told they could accommodate my needs. I got into the store at 5:45p (they close at 6p, hours are 12-6p which I don't really understand how they expect the working class to make these hours??) and the clerk looked at his watch when I said I was there for a tux fitting. The fitting went well, the guy was pretty nice, and I felt taken care of. I told him I could pick it up on Thursday and he said, "Well, it'll be ready tomorrow.
