Staff is super helpful and friendly
My experience was very poor. I texted the website service and was told they could accommodate my needs. I got into the store at 5:45p (they close at 6p, hours are 12-6p which I don't really understand how they expect the working class to make these hours??) and the clerk looked at his watch when I said I was there for a tux fitting. The fitting went well, the guy was pretty nice, and I felt taken care of. I told him I could pick it up on Thursday and he said, "Well, it'll be ready tomorrow. Amazing prices, great friendly staff! Made the process one to remember and definitely will be returning.
Dee has been amazing getting us a beautiful Tuxedo for our wedding. He has great advice and is never pushy about adding on more items. I really felt like he gave us the best deal he could, and he made sure my fiancé felt comfortable for our wedding day. We will be coming again for any rentals or new suits in the future!
