My wife and I used Tuxedo for a ride from MCO to Port Canaveral for a cruise trip. Service from beginning to end was first class. We were contacted the night before (arrival and return) to confirm. We appreciated that. Harjinder was waiting for us in baggage claim when we arrived. He took our luggage and drove us to Port Canaveral. I highly recommend Tuxedo! I was looking for a car service in Orlando that could provide car seats for small children, and they were by far the best option. We had flight delays both to and from Orlando, and Denis was easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. He was polite, efficient, and the vehicles were spotless and well maintained. Excellent luxury car service, very impressed. My family will definitely use them next time we travel to Winter Springs, Florida.

We have used Tuxedo car service twice so far. Both times were exceptional. The first was for a wedding. They picked up my son and his wife at the end of their reception. The SUV was sparkling, they allowed us to write notes on the windows, and the inside was immaculate. The driver was very professional and helped to make their special day magical. Recently used Tuxedo car service while traveling with my wife from NY to Orlando to meet our daughter and grandkids for a Disney vacation. They provided round trip transfers from the airport to the Fort Wilderness resort where the kids were staying. On each direction, the drivers were on time waiting with name sign in hand, even with significant flight delays on way down, they monitored airline and kept me informed by text not to worry someone will be there, which they were. We used Tuxedo last year and they were amazing. That’s why we returned to them. It was truly first class. This year our pick up was OK It was good service, but it wasn’t top shelf. The return trip to the airport was comparable to hailing a Taxi Cab. It was not worth the $300 to go back to the airport. This trip will be the last time we use Tuxedo. I gave the two stars because the trip to Disney wasn’t bad, but had that last trip been our first there never would’ve been a repeat and now there never will.
