Jon the owner at Tuxedo Den is fantastic, courteous, responsive, and has all the style and products to get you right. He tailored some of my existing outfits, got me some new outfits, and definitely offered personalized service. Will be going back to him over and over. Good quality clothes and shoes at the right price!!!
Weird hours
Tried it on to make sure it fit and they re-bagged it for me to bring home. Very affordable for my event and def 5 stars for value and customer service!
No customer service at all. No call for day of fittings or pick up. Called whole week before pick up and no answer at all. Not worth the headache or hassle.
