I recently used Tux Towne for our wedding; Jose could not have been more accommodating. He was even able to complete alterations in a day for someone in our wedding party from out of town. Flawless, stressless experience. Couldn't have been happier with the customer service there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I could not be more pleased with our experience at tux towne! Jose is amazing. He went above and beyond and did whatever we wanted. He also helped us figure out what we wanted. Had multiple suggestions and was extremely helpful and incredibly nice about every little detail. He was willing to work with us and mix and match anything for us and was very patient! Tux Towne is one of those vendors that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like you are their only customer (which is not the case!!!). If you call or stop by you will most likely run into Jose - who is just the best to work with! We walked in there having not a clue what we wanted for our wedding tuxes and really just exhausted doing research online finding nothing that we liked.
