From the initial conversation I had w/ Ryan about the project my client wanted to borrower on he was able to give me solid info on how to structure & submit. Sent in minimal docs, & he had a term sheet out the same day. Borrower signed the term sheet, loan docs were sent the NEXT day. He signed, then we had it funded the next business day!
