I chose this school for many reasons and stability was one of them. My son has been at the Tutor Time in Castaic for a year now and I have seen him grow in many ways with his teachers Ms. Kendra, Ms. Rachel and staff. I too have grown and created a bond with his teachers and staff along with the assistant director Ms. Alicia whom I think has a heart of gold and love for her job and the children. Because of them I have made MANY donations to this school. (Summer time fun, school parties, etc. Well that will stop as of now!). Since this past year, I have seen many teachers, staff and directors come and go like a revolving door which makes me extremely uncomfortable considering the fact that this is a school that is suppose to provide a stable environment for our children (well that is what I was told when I originally toured the school), yet how can you stand by your word and provide "stability" when all corporate seems to care about is themselves. Yesterday I just learned that the assistant director, Ms. Alicia is being transferred to another school. That will now make it 4 directors and 1 assistant director gone in just one year! I can't understand how corporate would even consider transferring anyone at this time during the school year. My son already has an issue with change and for this to continue to keep happening has me really concerned and I am seriously thinking about removing him from this school and put him in a more stable environment where there is better structure! The sad thing is that my son has gained and grown close with his friends and gets along with everyone. Unless corporate doesn't want to change their ways, you child/children along with yourself will constantly see new teachers, staff and directors!

The Tutor Time facility is very nice. It is kept clean and is a NECPA accredited program. It is educational while also being fun. It awesome how art, music, language, and math activities are available for the kids. I love that the school supplies the lunch and snacks for NO EXTRA COST! The teachers are awesome and seem very happy. They are also great with the kids! The director and new assistant director are very friendly and helpful. They always have time to talk to me and greet me. It is such a joy to be a part of the Tutor Time family!

I love this school and have sent my son here for a year. He loves going to school and I have never had any problems with diaper changes.

I completely agree with "SCVMom33" I picked up my toddler close to closing time, 3-4xs a week and would have a poopie diaper that had been there a while cuz it was dried on. Legally they are supposed to change them every 2 hours and sometimes they would go over. It has great potential but need better employees who care more about the children and not the paycheck.

I really like this school. The management is very nice and the teachers in the PreK program are wonderful. My child loves going to school. I feel great each day I pick up my child that she had a great day! I am very happy with my choice. I looked around at many child cares and this one by far was the nicest. I know all child care is expensive and this one is, but well worth the money!

The last review is completely WRONG! The director works VERY hard and is ALWAYS available. I have no idea what this person is talking about. I have have nothing but a great experience there, I have recommened this school to many people and we all love it, compared to other area schools. It is CLEAN and organized. Everyone is friendly. This school really cares and if you care about your child, you will send them here! Please go and see the school for yourself, don't just read about it. You will be impressed. I love it and so does my child!!!!! You will too.

My child went here for a few months and I was displeased. The director seemed nice at first but changed with my child and my family. She seems to sit with the assistant director a lot talking and doing very little work. Most of the teachers appear work hard but some just don't care at all. The turnover rate seems high and most of the emloyees look like they are being forced to do things. Other families I got to know noticed the same things and felt this could be worked on. I also read a review on another website talking about children under the age of two not having diapers changed. This, if true, scared me to my core. Unfortunately, I was not surprised and feel this is very possible. As a parent, I think it's crutial communication about this school is communicated for all families to know prior to enrolling.
