This daycare has potential to be great. They lack consistent help. There is no way to know who is watching your child from one day to the next. The staff turn around is very high. The director is only concerned about her child... and makes sure that he is well taken care of. She does not check on the other children the same way.
The worst Daycare in the Area.. total negligence...over crowded.. arrogant staff.. They never showed any minimum courtesy to kid's needs.. everything is for namesake.. they send wrong updates just to please parents.. My kid got scratched by other bullying kid thrice.. they were very reluctant to right a incident report and did nothing to stop it.. We finally ended up in leaving this day care.. If you care about your kids safety.. then, this is not the place...
I am so glad that I found Tutor Time. It is very challenging to find someone, yet a group of wonderful people who would treat your child just as you would. I don't know how they do it, but they nurture and love every child as if they were their own. I find it very amusing when my child struggles with; do I stay or do I go? It's so comforting to know that she is just as happy at Tutor Time as she is with her family; heck, I think I could call Tutor Time her family too.
