Horrible customer service I went in last night to get my son’s ballon blew up the next few hours it deflated. I went in the next day and they tried to charge me $5 again for more air or they told me I can buy another balloon for $10 and I asked why did take my $5 in the beginning and they couldn’t give me an answer. The lack of concern was also trash. They didn’t care. So basically they have bad business and they are scamming people out of their money. If I can give no stars, I would. Came to buy some regular blow up balloons, automatically the ogre working the store was rude. I asked where the balloons were to look at the options I had. She cut me off and stated “I don’t have helium.” I then replied with I’m not looking for helium, like I said, I want to see the balloons you have. Rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time coming here. Some small businesses are not worth saving.
