Their payment portal that I have been using for 3 years is now down and I can't view my bills to pay them. Don't you want my money? Right, yeah. You'll get it eventually. After you've dragged me through the mud. Thanks.

I would like to thank the people who are working the aftet hours calling service. They may not be people who take care of my water, as I learned when I called tonight, but the women who initally took my call sent a message out and i recieved a call back in less than 5 minutes. The gentleman who called me was very friendly, he informed me that his district doesn't handle the water at my home but was very willing to give me the same advice that he would his customers, as I couldn't find a number to get a hold of someone for my... read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like they deserve more than 2 stars. I've lived in Bolivar for 4 years and have never had a problem with them. I recently called them with a question about a bill and the woman was very sweet and helpful. Also, their online bill payment is pretty easy to use!

Ive never had a problem calling in asking questions about my bill. They worked with my plumber to schedule water shut off for my main to get worked on within 24 hours. And had the guy back out to turn on water within 30 min of us calling to say work was done. No complaints here.
