The nursing staff is great, they took care of my mom in skilled nursing, they treated her with kindness and respect

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
I wish no stars was an option. This place is HORRIBLE!!! My grandpa went to them for skilled nursing. Probably 75% of the time family went to visit he was in dirty clothes, same ones for multiple days. Dirty bed sheets, food crumbs all in his bed from several days. Wound care was awful, came in one day and his amputation wound was completely exposed to the room air when it should have been wrapped. The nurse on his hall was extremely rude and just said I was “gripping at the wrong person” bc that wasn’t her job. As if she co... read more
This was the best place. All the nurses and the Doctors are excellent. Jennifer, Amber and Glenne are awesome .. the physical therapists are exceptional ..Amy and Diamond and co workers brought my brother back from him losing his wife. He is up and about and doing his therapy on his own now.. Now Jeff said : quote “Great People Work Here” I have already put a reservation for myself when it’s my time and I need help.
