The clinicians and staff are top notch. The rooms and facilities are really nice. I have been here twice and both times the common spaces, restrooms and lounges, are noticibly dirty. I was the first appt on a Monday and the dressing rooms and restrooms were filthy and the lounge area had food on the floor and chairs. I would think a place like this could afford to have a proper cleaning service servicing their facility daily for safety and sanitation.
This is a great place I plan to go back just not sure when it helps just cost a little bit. Jill the therapist was nice to me my only regret is not giving her a tip. I was blessed to even go and thankful I could buy their services. Soon as I can come up with enough money I plan to go back and maybe a membership program . Thank God for this place
Beautiful upscale spa. So many wonderful services offered. Had an amazing pedicure with Skye. Will definitely be going back!
I've gone to this spa a few times and every time, the staff and services have been excellent! I recently had a stress release massage and can't wait to have another one! Shannon was awesome! I have a sensitivity to fragrances so she used an unscented oil so I was able to enjoy my time there with no allergic reaction. And when you buy a spa service you get to use the other services like the Sauna and Salt Room. I chose the salt room which had really comfortable lounge chairs that have vibration massage.
