I've gone to this spa a few times and every time, the staff and services have been excellent! I recently had a stress release massage and can't wait to have another one! Shannon was awesome! I have a sensitivity to fragrances so she used an unscented oil so I was able to enjoy my time there with no allergic reaction. And when you buy a spa service you get to use the other services like the Sauna and Salt Room. I chose the salt room which had really comfortable lounge chairs that have vibration massage. Had a negative experience with incorrect/deceptive pricing -as did the customer arriving before me (coincidence or pattern?)- and sent an email to let them know. Received a call basically saying I didn't understand that the service i selected through their booking option that listed the make-up artist name, length of appointment and set amount could be priced higher if "she is a more experienced artist" and that should have been told to me at my appointment (which would have been too late to cancel or make alternate arrangem... read more
