Stopped in for an Impromptu Tour, last Saturday and was highly impressed by the beautiful decor. The pictures on the website, hardly do any justice, you've got to see it for yourself. Every corner has been designed with such style and grace. The atmosphere was uplifting and bright, yet cozy and comfortable. Truly a well thought out plan from year's prior. I recently got to tour this facility and saw how beautiful and welcoming everyone was. There is so much activities and free time for the seniors enjoy their time living at Tuscan hills. We had an excellent guide her name was Azalia and she was so kind, patient, answered all our questions and even had special bonds with all of the seniors we came across which puts your mind at ease knowing your family member will be in great hands with all of Tuscan hills employees. My cousin and I recently toured the community and we were helped by Azalia. I had such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The facility itself is brand new, extremely clean, and even smells great, which really stood out to me. We’ve gone on other tours and the facilities sometimes tend to have an odor. Tuscan Hills is a beautiful place to live with really fun activities and wonderful staff! Highly recommend this place!
We moved my dad in back at the beginning of December. This place has been nothing short of exceptional! They have done more for my dad in the last 2 months than the last place did in 3 years. My dad’s mental health is improving dramatically. They have a staff that really cares for the residents, from the care givers, to dining, activities, all wonderfully attentive and friendly. The Executive Director is actively involved in the day to day operations and it shows. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Tuscan Hills!
