I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Turtle Screen Store. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being stereotyped and judged. Before my phone was even finished being repaired, they insisted that I pay upfront because they assumed I was “probably going to run out with the phone.” That was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, they made me wait over an hour when I was originally told the repair would take no more than 30 minutes. After waiting all that time, they said they n... read more
This company is horrible. I sent my phone for trade in value after purchasing a phone from Backmarket. The original trade in value offer was $298. The counter offer was for $245. The others are my phone that are phones taken within minutes of me putting the phone in the return package provided. Here is the response from TurtleCreek as to why... read more

0 out of 5. Bought a refurbished Pixel 7 from them through Amazon. Advertised as an authorized repair shop. Four months later, the phone is constantly shutting down and needs to be rebooted. Took it to a Google repair shop, and they discovered the screen had been replaced with an inauthentic display, which is causing the problem. They and Amazon won’t refund the phone, replacing it with authentic parts will cost $130. Compete waste of money. Won’t purchase from this store again and recommend you don’t either.
