I had a very disappointing experience at Turtle on 8/22/25 when ordering parts for my electricians. On my first visit, everything went smoothly and I purchased an electric box among other items. However, when my electricians installed the box on 8/25/25, they found the breaker inside was defective. I returned to the store to exchange just the defective breaker. I am a home owner that came in to pick up supplies ordered by my electrician. The counter helper was extremely rude and condescending. He has a blond short hair (maybe David). I told him I am here to pick up supplies under my name Van. He started to ask what I ordered and I told him I dont know; my electrician called the ordered. He started giving me a condescending look and told me I dont know what I ordered? another guy was near by and he took over and was able to identify my order right away.
