Got some deep tissue work done by Christopher Groth Lmt at Turquoise Reiki and Massage a little swollen and red today but I feel amazing and my range of motion is no longer constricted in my shoulder and neck. if you have chronic joint issues, neck tension, or you are an athlete, construction/hard laborer or work any kind of physically demanding job.
