My wife and I rented a 2023 Toyota 4Runner from Crystal Okamoto, on the island of Kauai. We rented it for 3 weeks. The entire experience was excellent. We got a great price, a very clean and roomy vehicle that was a pleasure to drive. There was a shuttle from the airport to where the car was parked, about a 5 minute drive. Had no issues, thought this was a great way to get to the rental cars. No complaints.
Worst company ever phone number does not even work
Driver was rude, didn’t even try to check if there was space for us. Gave preferential treatment to a white family over us. Very rude lady, shitty service Turo
