This is the right Turo parking lot. Clean, very good lighting as we picked up our Turo rental @ 11:00pm at night. Great experience with our Turo host in a 2020 Ford Expedition Limited. Love Turo and will use everywhere we go.

I wish I could give a lower number. Ended up getting a cab and cancelled reservation. Terrible experience
We were 2nd behind a family of 5, when the Turo van arrived a crowd of people cut in front of us both and demanded to be put on the bus, the driver should have asked everyone to line up in order of arrival time, we ended up taking a taxi to the Turo lot for our car, the van driver was clueless and did nothing. Never again Turo. Left 6 of us with no ride to the Turo lot. Shame on the young people who cut us 70+++ year olds off, selfish jerks. 1/19/24 after 2:00.
Shuttle bus driver not in a service mood. I get you do the same mundane job all day and have to deal with tourists but when they are handing you $$ for driving you 4 miles at least acknowledge you are representing someone else. Grouchy and irritable but don’t pass that along to others who are being nice and respectful back to you. I really miss having the cars on the airport property, 20 minute wait time if you miss the shuttle.
